Believing that education is a life-long process in ministry, Rev. Victor Paul Sr. has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Tuskegee University, a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies from Oklahoma Baptist University, and a Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is also certified as a Biblical Counselor by Southwestern Seminary.
Rev. Paul is the former third vice-president of the Oklahoma Baptist State Convention and the former moderator of the Creek District Baptist Association. Rev. Paul has served as a Minister of Adults, Church Planter, Minister of Education, and an Educational Consultant for the Baptist General Conventions of Texas and Oklahoma. Rev. Paul served as pastor of Greater First Baptist Church (now Greater First Church) from 2013 until he retired in July 2023.
Rev. Paul and Cynthia “Renee” have been married for over 40 years. After his salvation in Jesus Christ, he views Renee, as God’s greatest gift to him. They are the proud parents of three adult children, Marcus, Victor Jr., and Joy Marie, and the grandfather of seven. “My greatest ministry and calling is to be a godly husband, father, and grandfather,” says Rev. Paul.
